皆さま、こんばんは(^^♪
「ようちゃん」がご自宅で作られたお料理の写真を送って下さいました～。
本日の晩ご飯は、胸鶏に塩麹をまぶして一晩置いたものと一緒に、
付け合せにピーマンも揚げられたそうです。
めちゃくちゃ美味しそうです～。
帰りに寄らせていただいていいですか・・・と言ってしまいそうです。
ちなみに、ソースは適当に・・・美味しくいただきました！とのことです。
ようちゃんのことなので、適当といいつつちゃんと作っておられるのでしょうね。
